Junior Assistant Internship – Out Of Office

About the role

ITP Media Group’s luxury travel journal OUT OF OFFICE is looking for a motivated Junior Assistant to support the editorial team. This full‑time internship offers hands‑on experience in content creation, social media, and event coverage within a fast‑paced media environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pitch and develop travel‑related content ideas.
• Assist with social media planning and publishing.
• Conduct research on luxury hospitality, fine‑dining, and travel trends.
• Interview key opinion leaders (KOLs) regionally and internationally.
• Support the Deputy Editor with daily editorial tasks and content management.
• Attend and report on events as required.

Required profile

• Recent university graduate with a relevant degree.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Valid visa for the UAE and immediate availability.
• Commitment to a minimum 3‑to‑6‑month full‑time period.

Required skills

• Strong written communication.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Basic content management experience.
