Junior Assistant Internship – Out of Office

About the role

ITP Media Group’s luxury travel journal OUT OF OFFICE is looking for a motivated Junior Assistant to join its editorial team on a full‑time internship. This role offers hands‑on experience in travel journalism, content creation and social media within a fast‑paced media environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research and generate content ideas for OUT OF OFFICE’s social media channels.
• Interview key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the region and beyond.
• Assist the Deputy Editor with daily editorial tasks and content management.
• Provide social media support, including scheduling and engagement.
• Attend events and cover them as required.

Required profile

• Recent university graduate with a relevant degree.
• Passionate about travel, luxury hospitality, fine‑dining and storytelling.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Own a valid visa and be available to start immediately.
• Commit to a full‑time internship for 3 to 6 months (students may apply if actively enrolled).

Required skills

• Strong research abilities for content ideation.
• Basic content management and writing skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and assistance.
