Junior Bar Supervisor

About the role

Join La Petite Maison in Abu Dhabi as a Junior Bar Supervisor and help deliver unforgettable French‑Mediterranean dining experiences. You will lead the bar team, craft signature cocktails and ensure seamless service that reflects the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Master spirits and the art of cocktails, creating unique drinks that align with the brand identity.
• Mentor and guide the bar team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory, cash handling and POS transactions.
• Facilitate effective communication between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, stay on top of industry trends and propose service improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of food & beverage experience, preferably in a high‑end restaurant or busy cocktail bar.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage stress in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Cash handling experience.
