About the role

A growing organization in the chemical industry is seeking a Junior Chemical Engineer to gradually develop technical expertise across product lines, quality standards, and supplier research. This role is designed for a technically inclined and highly motivated individual who is passionate about chemistry and eager to grow into a key technical contributor over time.

Key responsibilities

• Gradually develop expertise in analyzing and understanding product lines, including their applications and production procedures over time.
• Support quality assessments to ensure high standards are consistently maintained, with structured training and mentorship.
• Assist in researching and identifying top‑tier suppliers and manufacturers, gradually building technical knowledge and professional networks.
• Collaborate with the technical team to enhance and innovate product development, with the objective of growing into a key technical advisor within three years.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience is ideal; however, strong potential and a demonstrated willingness to learn and grow are highly valued.
• Genuine passion for chemistry and eagerness to explore technical details and continuously expand product knowledge.
• Strong research skills and a proactive approach to learning and problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to continuous professional growth.
• Native or near‑native English proficiency for frequent communication with international teams, senior management, and external partners.
• Enthusiastic about chemistry and dedicated to deepening technical expertise over time.
• Open to training and gradually taking on increased responsibilities as they grow within the company.
