Junior Conference Manager

About the role

The Junior Conference Manager will support the end‑to‑end planning, coordination and on‑ground delivery of a dermatology and aesthetic medicine conference, ensuring a seamless experience for delegates, speakers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee scientific program management, including agenda development and session scheduling.
• Coordinate with faculty, moderators and scientific committee members to ensure timely abstract and presentation submissions.
• Liaise with internal marketing, operations, design and production teams to align branding and content.
• Manage speaker logistics such as travel, accommodation, honorarium documentation and on‑site hospitality.
• Compile and proof conference documentation (session guides, speaker bios, program booklets).
• Oversee on‑site registration, session management and schedule adherence.
• Maintain communication with clients, scientific partners and stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Support post‑event reporting, data collection and debriefing for continuous improvement.
• Assist with budget management and year‑round activation of multiple events under the same IP.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in conference or event management, preferably in medical, scientific or healthcare sectors.
• Proven track record in program coordination, speaker management and client servicing.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and communication abilities with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with project management tools.
