Junior Corporate Lawyer

About the role

Kayrouz & Associates is seeking a motivated Junior Corporate Lawyer to join its Dubai office. You will work closely with senior partners and clients, providing legal support on a variety of corporate and commercial matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, shareholder agreements and other transaction documents.
• Prepare corporate documents, advise on corporate structures, M&A, joint ventures and governance issues.
• Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments in the UAE and internationally.
• Provide written legal opinions and practical, business-oriented advice to clients.
• Support cross-border transactions and multinational client matters.

Required profile

• LLB or equivalent; LLM or corporate law qualifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of UAE corporate and commercial law and relevant international frameworks.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and transaction documents.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills across multiple matters.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal technology platforms.
• Experience using document management systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
