Junior Creative Strategist

About the role

Sajada is looking for a Junior Creative Strategist to work alongside its Creative Strategist and turn ideas into briefs that its editors and designers can run. The role reports to the Creative Strategist and works daily with video editors, designers and the Head of Growth. AI agents handle the first pass on research and brief drafts, so the focus is on ideas and judgement. The position is full-time, either from the Dubai office (JLT) or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Read weekly customer reviews, comments, survey answers and support questions, and pull out the words, problems and moments customers talk about.
• Track competitor and category ads and save the ones worth learning from.
• Turn findings into angles for phonetic, padded, ergonomic and gift prayer mats.
• Write hooks, scripts and briefs for video and static ads, ready for editors and designers.
• Brief creators on UGC content with the Partnerships team, review first cuts and give clear notes before ads go live.
• Prepare creative for launches, Ramadan, Eid and Black Friday.
• Track which hooks, angles and formats win with the Head of Growth, turn winners into new versions, and keep the creative tracker and idea bank up to date.

Required profile

• 1-2 years in creative strategy, copywriting, UGC or performance marketing, with at least one ad you created that scaled spend on a paid account.
• Ability to watch ads like a marketer and explain why one stops the scroll and another gets skipped.
• Strong written English; Arabic or French is a plus.
• Respect for and understanding of Islamic practice, and care in how faith is presented.
