Junior Customer Success Representative

About the role

Join McGraw Hill as a Junior Customer Success Representative, supporting higher‑education faculty and institutions in Dubai. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping instructors get value from digital learning products throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding for new instructors and courses, ensuring smooth LMS pairing, access setup, and basic troubleshooting.
• Deliver short, practical virtual or onsite trainings and provide quick‑start guides.
• Track adoption and usage via dashboards, flag risks early, and follow a clear follow‑up cadence.
• Handle day‑to‑day queries with prompt, clear communication and documented updates.
• Partner with Sales on account health, activation, renewal readiness, and simple upsell signals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of touchpoints, action items, and status/ETAs.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, collaborative individual with a relationship‑driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and meet SLA response times.
• Active UAE driving licence for occasional campus visits across the UAE.

Required skills

• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) integration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools to track customer interactions and maintain data hygiene.
• Ability to create and deliver concise training materials and quick‑start guides.
