About the role

This junior position requires strong quantitative skills and experience handling large, complex datasets. You will collaborate with analysts, engineers, and mission partners to develop high‑impact solutions that drive intelligence insight and operational advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Perform statistical analysis and data exploration to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Support the development and validation of predictive models to identify trends and patterns.
• Contribute to AI/ML model development and data‑driven solutions.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to support decision‑making and operational planning.
• Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines for collection, processing, and integration.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and cross‑functional teams to improve data workflows.
• Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Support initiatives to enhance data quality, structure, and accessibility.
• Apply basic experimental and analytical approaches to test ideas and evaluate outcomes.
• Contribute to improving data systems, workflows, and analytical capabilities.
• Assist in identifying data gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 0–2 years of experience in data science, analytics, machine learning, or related technical fields.
