Junior Designer – Creative Role in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Designer to support the creative needs of the Goldstrom Group and its e‑commerce brand Yalla Bullion. Based in Dubai, you will work across digital and print projects, collaborating with sales, marketing, social media and events teams to deliver high‑quality visual assets.

Key responsibilities

• Produce sales and marketing collateral for both brands, including digital graphics, print materials, presentations and client‑facing documents.
• Create social media assets, e‑commerce product visuals and campaign graphics, adapting existing designs for various channels.
• Develop event, academy and merchandise designs, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Maintain organised design files, asset libraries and templates, and prepare artwork for print and digital production.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, printers and vendors, and support ad‑hoc design requests across the group.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in both digital and print marketing.
• Degree, diploma or equivalent training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Proactive, organised and reliable with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Fluent English; Arabic or Russian a plus for regional marketing.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud – Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Figma and Canva.
• Basic proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and basic video editing.
