Junior DevSecOps Engineer – Cloud & CI/CD Automation

About the role

We are looking for a Junior DevSecOps Engineer to join our Dubai team. The role will support and enhance our digital platforms and cloud environments by automating CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure as code, and integrating security throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Develop automation scripts in Python, PowerShell and Bash; write YAML pipeline configurations.
• Implement blue‑green and rolling deployments, improve release reliability and reduce failures.
• Manage cloud environments (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable) with Terraform, ARM or Bicep.
• Configure and maintain container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) ensuring high availability and disaster‑recovery readiness.
• Apply security baselines, perform VM hardening, and support Zero‑Trust and defense‑in‑depth strategies.
• Monitor applications, implement logging, conduct root‑cause analysis and maintain SLA‑defined uptime.
• Track and remediate high‑risk security findings, support VAPT engagements and ensure PCI‑DSS compliance.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in DevSecOps or related roles.
• Strong expertise with Linux (Ubuntu) and NGINX hosting environments.
• Proven ability to bridge cybersecurity and software development teams.
• Experience working in PCI‑DSS CDE environments is a plus.
