Junior Financial Lines Broker – Early Careers Program

About the role

Join Marsh's FINPRO MENA team in Dubai's DIFC as part of an Early Careers Program. This role is designed for recent graduates who are ambitious, curious, and eager to learn about financial lines insurance and brokering in a fast‑growing market.

Key responsibilities

• Support the FINPRO MENA team in day‑to‑day operations and client deliverables.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Learn the fundamentals of Financial Lines products and insurance placement.
• Support and learn broking and placement activities while developing market knowledge.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and insurers across the MENA region.
• Contribute to market research and analysis that informs strategy.
• Participate actively in training and development programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent professional background).
• Solid grasp of basic financial concepts and principles.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Results‑oriented mindset with analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
