About the role
Join Marsh's FINPRO MENA early careers program in Dubai's DIFC. As a Junior Financial Lines Broker you will learn the fundamentals of financial lines products, understand insurance broking and placement, and build relationships across the MENA region.
Key responsibilities
- Support the FINPRO MENA team in day‑to‑day operations and client deliverables.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals and reports.
- Learn and support broking and placement activities while developing market knowledge.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and insurers.
- Contribute to market research and analysis that informs strategy.
- Participate actively in training and development programs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent professional background).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Results‑oriented mindset with analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
