Junior Front-End Developer - Remote

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Front-End Developer to join our remote-first team. You will work closely with designers, marketers and senior developers to turn UI/UX concepts into fast, accessible web experiences for healthcare and medical clients. Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and interfaces.
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, scalable front-end code.
• Develop landing pages, digital marketing assets and CMS-based sites.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and project managers to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Implement front-end improvements for SEO, CRO and performance.
• Optimize sites for speed, cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.
• Maintain WordPress (or similar) sites, updating content, layouts and templates.
• Identify and fix front-end bugs, conduct testing across browsers and devices.
• Stay up-to-date with modern front-end technologies and participate in code reviews.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of front-end development experience (including internships, freelance or personal projects).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities and good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team.
• Positive attitude toward learning, feedback and professional growth.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
