Junior HR Data Analyst (Contract)

About the role

The Junior HR Data Analyst will support the Head of HR and the broader HR team by gathering, cleaning, and analysing people data across the Group’s entities. The role focuses on delivering accurate, timely reports and dashboards that inform workforce planning, talent decisions, and executive reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, consolidate and maintain HR data from HRIS and other sources, ensuring data quality and confidentiality.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc reports on headcount, attrition, demographics, nationalisation and other key metrics.
• Build and maintain self‑service dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Support executive and board‑level people reporting packs with accurate figures.
• Analyse headcount movements, attrition drivers, compensation data and performance management inputs.
• Provide data for recruitment analytics, workforce planning, organisational design and succession planning.
• Assist with HR policy reviews, audits and statutory reporting requirements.
