About the role
We are seeking a Junior Injection Moulding Machine Operator to join our production team in Umm Al Quwain. The role involves operating large‑tonnage injection moulding machines and supporting the manufacturing process.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor 2500+ ton injection moulding machines safely and efficiently.
- Set and adjust machine parameters such as pressure, speed, temperature, cooling time, and cycle time.
- Inspect moulded parts for defects and record production data.
- Assist senior staff with mould installation, removal, and changeovers.
- Support start‑up, shutdown, purging, and material handling procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum 2–3 years of injection moulding machine operation experience.
- Willingness to work shifts and follow HSE and quality procedures.
- Good safety awareness and ability to work in a team environment.
Required skills
- Operation of 2500T, 3000T, 3500T or larger injection moulding machines.
- Experience with Tederic, Haitian or similar machine brands.
- Basic knowledge of injection moulding processes and troubleshooting.
