Junior IT Manager

About the role

Unilabs Middle East is seeking a Junior IT Manager to support its laboratory and healthcare IT environment. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure reliable and secure IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and user accounts.
• Oversee network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, and VPNs.
• Coordinate with vendors for healthcare software and laboratory systems (LIMS).
• Support integrations with clients using JSON, HL7, Secure File Transfer, and other protocols.
• Handle laboratory machine interfacing, data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures.
• Maintain IT documentation, policies, asset inventory, and assist with compliance (ADHICS).

Required profile

• Entry‑level experience or academic background in IT, preferably within healthcare.
• Ability to work with vendors and participate in project coordination.
• Relevant certifications are a plus (ITIL 4 Foundation, Azure Administrator Associate, CCNA, CompTIA Security+, CISSP).
