Junior Maintenance Technician – Fabrication

About the role

As a Junior Maintenance Technician you will support senior technicians in both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of equipment, vehicles and plant across dnata Technical Services Workshops. You will help ensure that all assets remain operational, safe and compliant with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily tasks in the workshop, maintaining good housekeeping and tool care.
• Assist in diagnosing and repairing faults on equipment, vehicles and plant to minimise downtime.
• Record all work activities in the log book and Maintenance Management System.
• Follow safety procedures to prevent personal injury and equipment damage.
• Identify and request spare parts and tools needed for timely maintenance completion.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance in line with manufacturers' recommendations, ISO, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Perform daily inspections of equipment and vehicles for reliability and safety.
• Execute ULD repair and assembly tasks according to MOE, EASA/GCAA regulations.
• Assist with maintenance of facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, GPU, PCA and generators.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or technical support role.
• Ability to work effectively in a workshop environment and follow detailed procedures.
• Good communication skills to report issues and coordinate with senior technicians.
