Junior Nurse – Clinical & Administrative Support

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Nurse to join Joint Space’s multidisciplinary team in Dubai. The role combines hands‑on clinical duties such as phlebotomy and patient monitoring with day‑to‑day administrative support for our functional and integrative health services. Ideal candidates are early‑career nurses who are detail‑oriented, comfortable working under established protocols, and eager to develop expertise in functional medicine.

Key responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and blood collection, including patient preparation, labeling and proper sample handling.
• Support physicians during consultations, procedures and treatment planning.
• Record observations, vital signs and assist with clinical follow‑up.
• Assist with IV therapies and other nurse‑led treatments under supervision.
• Coordinate laboratory tests, investigations, treatment bookings and follow‑up appointments.
• Handle clinic administration: patient communication, forms, referrals and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and update patient records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure clinical supplies are stocked and ready.
• Communicate with laboratories, pharmacies, patients and the wider clinical team while following infection‑control and safety protocols.

Required profile

• DHA‑licensed Registered Nurse.
• Confident in phlebotomy and blood collection.
• Early‑career or junior candidates welcomed; functional medicine experience not required.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and administrative abilities.
• Proficient with electronic medical records, email and routine clinic systems.
• Clear verbal and written communication with a professional, patient‑centred approach.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and able to follow protocols, seeking guidance when needed.
• Team‑oriented, proactive and willing to support both clinical and administrative needs.
• Eager to learn, receive feedback and develop new clinical skills.
