Junior Operations – Fashion Retail

About the role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Junior Operations Coordinator to support daily fashion retail operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, and assisting with order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Receive deliveries, verify quantities, sizes, colours and product condition.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organise the stockroom.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment and assist with stock counts.
• Coordinate with suppliers, couriers and internal teams for deliveries and returns.
• Prepare basic stock and delivery reports and support store launches and events.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in retail operations, inventory or logistics, preferably in fashion retail.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic.
• Willingness to work retail shifts, including weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Experience using inventory systems.
• Familiarity with retail software.
