Junior Procurement Officer

About the role

Revive Building Contracting LLC, a Dubai‑based design and build contractor, is seeking a proactive Junior Procurement Officer to support its high‑end residential renovation and fit‑out projects. The role involves managing the sourcing and purchasing of construction, fit‑out, MEP and joinery materials to ensure timely delivery to sites.

Key responsibilities

• Source construction, fit‑out, MEP and joinery materials from multiple suppliers.
• Request, compare and negotiate quotations, pricing, availability and delivery terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Coordinate material requirements with project and site teams.
• Track orders, follow up with suppliers and ensure on‑time delivery to sites.
• Identify new suppliers and keep the supplier database up to date.
• Verify purchased materials against approved specifications and quantities.

Required profile

• Previous UAE procurement or purchasing experience preferred.
• Experience in construction, fit‑out, interiors or building materials is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple purchase requests.
• Valid UAE driving licence and immediate availability are preferred.
• Fluent spoken Hindi is mandatory.
