About the role
Hennessey LLC, a leading construction and fit‑out company in the UAE, is seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join its Dubai team. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to develop cost‑control expertise while supporting a variety of construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates.
- Support project cost planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Help monitor project costs and ensure budget control.
- Work closely with project teams to maintain cost efficiency.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in construction or fit‑out projects.
- Basic knowledge of cost control and BOQ preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Familiarity with construction software (advantage).
