Junior Site Engineer – Civil (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Site Engineer – Civil to join our Dubai construction team. The role involves hands‑on supervision of RCC and structural works on residential and high‑rise projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day civil and RCC site activities, including reinforcement, formwork, concrete pouring, foundations, columns, beams and slabs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen and site teams to ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Review drawings, assist with site inspections, RFIs/IRs, quality checks and progress monitoring.
• Manage material requirements and manpower, and maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
• Support finishing and fit‑out works such as blockwork, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, gypsum ceilings and painting.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant civil and fit‑out site experience, with mandatory Dubai site exposure.
• Hands‑on experience in RCC/structural construction for buildings, high‑rise or villa projects.
