About the role
As a Junior Sous Chef in the Hot Kitchen, you will support daily culinary operations while delivering the warm hospitality Hilton is known for. You will work hands‑on with the kitchen team, ensuring high‑quality food service and a memorable guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the culinary team by providing on‑the‑spot coaching and guidance.
- Oversee production and service, including creating production lists, performing line checks, and managing service flow.
- Develop and implement seasonal menus, promotional features, and daily specials.
- Promote cross‑department collaboration, fostering strong relationships between Front of House and Back of House.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as stock take, ordering, and scheduling.
