Fundamental Hospitality is hiring an experienced Junior Sous Chef for its La Plage venue in Dubai. The role suits someone with strong Mediterranean cuisine knowledge and experience in a high-end restaurant, who can lead the kitchen efficiently.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge and experience in Mediterranean cuisine
- Excellent overall culinary knowledge, including various cooking techniques
- Experience in a high-end restaurant
- Ability to work under pressure and manage daily kitchen operations efficiently
- Immediate joiners preferred
Required skills
- Strong kitchen management, leadership and organizational skills
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, consistency and hygiene
