Junior Troubleshooter (Elevator Maintenance)

About the role

The Junior Troubleshooter is responsible for attending to breakdowns and callbacks on a designated route, ensuring elevator and escalator units remain operational. You will work on a portfolio of at least 150 units, performing both preventive and corrective maintenance to minimise service interruptions.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety and compliance rules, using and maintaining personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools.
• Conduct 10‑Rules audits, corrective maintenance, and spare‑part replacements as instructed.
• Execute action plans to reduce entrapment cases, breakdowns, and repeat callbacks.
• Support senior Trouble Shooters in developing and implementing improvement plans.
• Perform quality, safety, and third‑party equipment inspections.
• Complete and submit checklists, reports, and any required documentation.
• Report abnormalities to the Service Engineer, Service Manager, or Management.

Required profile

• Mechanical or Electrical Diploma.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the elevator and escalator field, covering preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Strong decision‑making abilities.
• Proficiency in Tagalog and Hindi/Urdu.
