Key Account Management Senior Specialist

About the role

CEVA Logistics, a global supply chain solutions provider and part of the CMA CGM Group, is seeking a Key Account Management Senior Specialist to lead and grow strategic client relationships in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering customized logistics solutions, managing risk and business continuity, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client needs and objectives to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
• Lead RFQ processes and coordinate sign‑off with product leaders.
• Develop deep knowledge of client business and industry to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor account performance metrics, prepare reports and present to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (products, support, operations) to ensure service excellence.
• Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customers.
• Serve as primary contact for risk and business continuity services, assessing client risk profiles.
• Design, implement and update risk and continuity plans with internal teams.
• Lead regular account reviews, risk assessments and plan testing exercises.
• Track client satisfaction, manage contract renewals and service‑level agreements.
• Participate in QHSE procedures to maintain health, safety and environmental compliance.
