Key Account Manager – Built-in Appliances

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead the sales of our luxury built‑in appliances in Dubai. The role focuses on B2B and builder channels, representing our flagship brand and driving growth in the high‑end kitchen market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage quarterly sales budget and achieve targets set by the Head of Department.
• Ensure contract payment terms are met, follow up on receivables and recover payments promptly.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior management.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Negotiate and execute account plans with key developers and architects to meet delegated targets.
• Oversee product displays and visibility in major retail outlets.
• Identify market opportunities to expand business and increase market share.
• Collaborate with other departments to create synergies and support overall company objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project sales, domestic kitchen projects and strong relationships with developers and architects in the UAE.
• University degree; an MBA is considered an asset.
• Excellent spoken communication and presentation abilities.
• Result‑oriented, assertive and able to work independently.
• Cooperative mindset for cross‑departmental teamwork.
