Key Account Manager – Commercial Vehicles

About the role

The Commercial Vehicles Sales Representative for the HINO Trucks Division drives sales growth by engaging prospective customers, achieving targets, and ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, focusing on net sales and gross margin.
• Utilize discounts strategically to close deals while maintaining profitability.
• Contact prospective customers, manage assigned accounts, and conduct regular field visits.
• Demonstrate trucks, provide test drives, explain warranties and services.
• Prepare sales orders, secure deposits, process paperwork, and report to sales management.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and communicate training needs to management.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in commercial vehicle sales at a dealership, covering light, medium, and heavy‑duty trucks in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong customer service, communication, time‑management and analytical abilities.
• Goal‑oriented self‑starter able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong PC skills.
