Key Account Manager – Dubai

About the role

TK Elevator UAE L.L.C is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join its DXN NI Sal department in Dubai. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and delivering tailored elevator solutions that meet market demands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, coordinating communication between clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical experts to deliver integrated vertical‑transportation solutions.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities aligned with client objectives.
• Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
• Participate in contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, preferably within the elevator, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of technical products related to vertical transportation is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
