Key Account Manager

About the role

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive the adoption of its neuroscience specialty care brands across Gulf markets. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and health‑care professionals, ensuring innovative medicines reach the right patients at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Promote BMS neuroscience products by delivering scientific messages to health‑care professionals.
• Achieve sales objectives for assigned brands in the Gulf region.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies and creative tactics to meet business goals.
• Profile, segment, and prioritize customer targets through thorough market analysis.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage the product journey from launch to account penetration.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or key account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional market.
• Strong understanding of neuroscience or specialty care therapeutic areas.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
