Key Account Manager – Modern Trade (UAE)

About the role

Beiersdorf is looking for a Key Account Manager to own and grow strategic modern‑trade accounts in the UAE, including Carrefour, Lulu and Spinneys. You will drive sustainable net sales, market share and profitability through joint business planning, omnichannel execution and close collaboration with distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual Joint Business Planning (JBP) and commercial negotiations, securing clear value exchange and activation.
• Own 4P execution per account with a ROI mindset, translating EPOS and shopper insights into actionable plans.
• Manage forecast accuracy, demand shaping and financial reconciliation of customer budgets.
• Orchestrate distributor execution, ensuring OTIF, shelf availability, planogram compliance and promotional execution.
• Collaborate with shopper marketing, finance and supply‑chain teams to mitigate risks such as stock outs or promo gaps.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of Key Account Management experience in modern trade, preferably within a multinational FMCG company.
• Proven track record in Joint Business Planning and commercial negotiations.
• Experience working with UAE modern‑trade retailers such as Carrefour and Lulu is strongly preferred.
• Fluent English with strong relationship‑building and analytical abilities.
