Key Account Manager – OTA

About the role

The Key Account Manager – OTA will oversee and expand relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) and API partners for our airline network. The role focuses on retaining existing accounts, driving revenue growth, and onboarding new OTA connections while coordinating with the technology team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers at OTA partners.
• Implement a proactive OTA account‑management process to meet and exceed commercial targets.
• Identify and onboard new OTA partners, acting as the liaison between agencies and the technology team.
• Monitor technical performance of OTA integrations and provide day‑to‑day support.
• Channel information between OTA accounts and internal teams, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Conduct field visits, benchmark analyses, and market trend assessments.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and revenue.
• Maintain accurate stakeholder and customer databases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience with exposure to airline and OTA systems.
• Understanding of e‑commerce and technical aspects of OTA platforms.
• Strong persuasive sales and marketing abilities.
• Analytical mindset with proven data‑driven decision making.
• Effective negotiation, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
