Key Account Manager – Strategic Projects

About the role

As a Key Account Manager for Strategic Projects, you will lead sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for Azizi Foods in the Dubai market. You will act as the primary contact for key customers, translating their needs into competitive solutions while managing projects from inception to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute action plans to meet strategic sales targets and ensure timely project completion.
• Lead interdisciplinary, international negotiation teams and conduct win‑loss analyses.
• Maintain and expand strategic relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and update sales data accordingly.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to define pricing strategies and support the Letter of Agreement (LoA) approval process.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle—from pre‑acquisition and bid preparation to contract negotiation and hand‑over to execution teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience with a strong record of winning new orders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict‑management skills.
• Team‑player attitude, proactive initiative, and results‑driven mindset.
• Experience working with intercultural, multi‑location teams and building professional networks.
