KG Homeroom Teacher – Immediate Start (AY 2026‑2027)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic KG Homeroom Teachers to join our school for the academic year 2026‑2027, with an immediate start. The role involves delivering personalized instruction to young learners, fostering their academic growth and creating a vibrant classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lesson plans aligned with grade‑by‑grade learning standards.
• Coordinate with fellow teachers to reinforce interdisciplinary learning.
• Provide direct and indirect instruction, addressing individual student needs.
• Prepare students for assessments and evaluate their progress.
• Produce quarterly achievement reports for parents.
• Maintain classroom management and incorporate feedback from administrators.
• Serve as an advisor, overseeing academic and behavioural development.
• Support the ADEK National Identity initiative and other school duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (QFE Level 7) in Elementary or Early Years Education, attested and UAE‑equivalency certified.
• Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., Teaching diploma, PGCE, QTS) or equivalent licensure.
• Valid IELTS band 7 for non‑native English speakers.
• Minimum two years experience as a KG classroom or homeroom teacher.
