Kids Club Animator / Edutainer

About the role

The Kids Club Animator / Edutainer will create a safe, fun and educational environment for young guests at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island. Working closely with families, you will deliver engaging activities that combine adventure with learning, ensuring each child enjoys a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe play area, including first aid, incident handling and emergency response.
• Plan, set up, lead and clean up daily activities and themed programmes.
• Organise and supervise excursions around the resort, following structured educational plans.
• Observe and attend to each child’s needs, ensuring a high level of care and supervision.
• Collaborate with the Kids Club team to continuously improve activity offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting.
• Passion for delivering educational entertainment.
• Calm, courteous and attentive attitude towards guests.
• Multilingual ability (Russian, German or Arabic) is a plus.
