Kids Club Attendant

About the role

Join the vibrant Kids Club team at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, a luxury hotel within the Accor portfolio, and create memorable experiences for young guests. You will deliver friendly, professional service while ensuring a safe, fun environment for children of all ages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide engaging, age‑appropriate activities and supervise children throughout their stay.
• Plan and execute birthday parties, seasonal events, and themed camps (summer, Halloween, Christmas).
• Design and maintain arts‑and‑craft supplies, wall and window décor, and ensure inventory is stocked.
• Train new colleagues on Kids Club operations and uphold team standards.
• Report incidents, guest feedback, and maintain clear communication with the Kids Club supervisor.
• Support the reception area during busy periods and perform additional duties as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian (mandatory) and comfortable communicating in English.
• Passionate about working with children, energetic, creative, and flexible.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team‑oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety.
