Kids Club Attendant

About the role

Join the Little Nomads Kids Club team at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai and create memorable experiences for young guests. You will help deliver a safe, fun and culturally enriching environment that enhances the hotel’s family‑friendly reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operation of the Kids Club to achieve high guest satisfaction.
• Design and deliver unique activities that reflect local culture, sport and entertainment.
• Maintain safety standards, supervise outsourced services and ensure compliance with health and safety codes.
• Monitor participation numbers and guest feedback to continuously improve programmes.
• Prepare clear activity information for guests in collaboration with the Concierge team.

Required profile

• Growth‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to interact positively with children and families.

Required skills

• Lifeguard certification (where applicable).
