Kids Club Attendant – Resort Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Kids Club Attendant to join the Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort team in Ras Al Khaimah. You will create a safe, welcoming and engaging environment for young guests while supporting the Recreation Supervisor and Entertainment Director in delivering memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet parents and children warmly, ensuring accurate registration and child‑history documentation.
• Maintain a detailed inventory of toys, games and equipment, reporting any maintenance or replacement needs.
• Inspect all club equipment and facilities daily to meet safety standards.
• Enforce club rules consistently while modeling positive behavior.
• Execute daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules, adapting to diverse interests.
• Keep the club and crèche areas clean, organized and compliant with hygiene protocols.
• Communicate club facilities, operating hours, promotions and pricing clearly to parents.
• Respond promptly and empathetically to children’s needs, concerns and behavioral challenges.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality, childcare or a related field.
• Fresher or minimum 1 year experience in a 4‑5 star hotel or resort environment.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and security clearance.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with children, parents and colleagues.
• Physical stamina to remain active throughout the shift.
