Kids Club Attendant – Russian Speaker

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Kids Club Attendant who is fluent in Russian to join its Little Nomads Kids Club team. The role involves delivering safe, engaging and culturally‑rich activities for young guests while upholding the hotel’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operation of the Little Nomads Kids Club to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
• Design and implement unique activities that reflect local culture, sport and entertainment.
• Maintain health and safety standards, supervising children and ensuring all activities are conducted safely.
• Monitor participation numbers and guest feedback to continuously improve programme quality.
• Coordinate with the concierge to promote club events and with the spa team to enhance guest experiences.
• Keep equipment clean, well‑maintained and ensure proper accounting for any club fees.

Required profile

• Valid child‑care certification.
• At least two years of experience in a 5‑star hotel Kids Club.
• Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication; Arabic and Russian are a plus.
• Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail and deliver superior customer service.
