Kids Club Intern

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and caring Kids Club Intern to join our team at Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara in Abu Dhabi. In this role you will help create a safe, clean and engaging environment where young guests can learn, play and grow during their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering age‑appropriate activities, games and educational programmes for children.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming space, supervising children at all times and ensuring high safety awareness.
• Interact positively with children, parents and guardians, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Record attendance accurately and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Care for equipment, toys and supplies, ensuring proper use and storage.
• Promote a fun, inclusive atmosphere that reflects the multicultural environment of Abu Dhabi.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or accidents following established protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the Kids Club experience.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, patient and attentive to the wellbeing of children.
• Excellent communication skills with children, parents and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by resort operations.
• Basic first‑aid knowledge or willingness to undergo training.
