Kids Kitchen Chef – Indian & Continental (Dubai)

About the role

LiL Nomsters is a kids‑only cloud kitchen in Dubai that creates fresh, made‑from‑scratch meals, snacks and school lunchboxes exclusively for children. We are seeking a skilled chef who can master both Indian and Continental cuisines while tailoring dishes to delight young palates.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of Indian and Continental dishes specifically for children, including curries, rice, pasta, noodles, sauces, soups, sandwiches and wraps.
• Cook school lunches, snacks, dinners and catering orders from scratch, following recipes and daily production schedules.
• Adapt flavours, spice levels, textures and presentation to suit different age groups and preferences.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, texture and visual appeal across all meals.
• Contribute new, creative kid‑friendly dishes and menu ideas.
• Uphold strict standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and stock rotation.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely order preparation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience.
• Hands‑on expertise in both Indian and Continental cuisines.
• Experience cooking for children, schools, nurseries or family‑focused food businesses is highly preferred.
• Ability to prepare both vegetarian and non‑vegetarian dishes.
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Creative, organised and consistent, comfortable working in a fast‑paced, small startup environment.
• Willingness to work six days a week.
