About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an outstanding Kindergarten Teacher for Abdulla Bin Otaiba Charter School in Abu Dhabi for the 2026/27 academic year. The school follows an American curriculum and aims to create a sustainable, innovative learning community that nurtures collaboration, leadership and creativity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging KG lessons that meet the curriculum requirements and cater for the whole ability range.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum support staff and parents to support each child’s academic and personal development.
• Assess and record student progress using tools such as Target Tracker and provide feedback at parent‑teacher conferences.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policy, promoting independence and high expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Kindergarten Education (or related) with a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of KG teaching experience, preferably with English‑as‑an‑additional‑language learners.
• Clean enhanced DBS/police check and willingness to reside in the same Emirate as the school.
