Kitchen Coordinator

About the role

Accor Plus is seeking a proactive Kitchen Coordinator to support the Executive Chef and culinary team in a dynamic 5‑star hotel environment. This role combines administrative expertise with a solid understanding of kitchen operations to ensure smooth daily workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and assess daily incoming correspondence, responding or routing as appropriate.
• Compose routine letters, prepare simple document interpretations, and assemble reports for distribution.
• Screen telephone calls, provide information, and direct inquiries to the correct personnel.
• Maintain filing systems, databases of business contacts, and track pending items for follow‑up.
• Arrange meetings, take minutes, and act as the administrative link between departments.
• Prepare all necessary documents for the Executive Chef and manage culinary staff attendance records.
• Update the culinary notice board, order office supplies, and supervise staff activities.
• Administer salaries, determine leave entitlements, and support staff training, assessment, and promotions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience in a 5‑star hotel or similar hospitality setting.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Opera or a related hotel management system.
