About the role
The Kitchen Steward supports the food and beverage operations at Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront by ensuring cleanliness and proper handling of kitchen equipment and supplies.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor dishwashers and pot room areas, making corrections as needed.
- Plan and assemble accurate supplies of china, glass, silverware, and other items for the F&D operation.
- Oversee the breakdown and storage of all food and beverage related equipment.
- Follow proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
