KOL Lead Spain and Iberia

About the role

Kraken is looking for a KOL Lead to build and scale a creator network across Spain and the Iberian region. You will own the end‑to‑end partnership process, from sourcing local crypto influencers to activating them for Kraken Pro’s trading products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch a KOL/creator network in Spain, Iberia and adjacent markets.
• Drive new trading user acquisition through influencer collaborations.
• Manage the full relationship lifecycle with local KOLs, from sourcing to activation.
• Promote Kraken Pro’s derivatives suite—including perpetual futures, margin and prop‑trading—to top regional creators.
• Identify and resolve on‑the‑ground execution issues that affect program performance.
• Set regional KOL acquisition targets and monitor CAC efficiency.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with growth, marketing and compliance teams.
• Benchmark existing playbooks and adapt them for the local market.

Required profile

• Proven track record building an influencer/KOL network from scratch in Spain or the Iberian region.
• Fluent Spanish (Portuguese a plus) with deep knowledge of the local crypto‑trading creator ecosystem.
• Experience acquiring trading users at scale while managing CAC.
• Hands‑on, problem‑solving attitude and high agency.
• Understanding of perpetual futures, margin and prop‑trading products.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, 24/7 crypto environment.
• Strong relationship‑management and negotiation skills with creators.
