L2 CIAM Specialist – Enterprise Applications

About the role

Ericsson is looking for an experienced L2 CIAM Specialist to join its Enterprise Applications team in Dubai. You will support critical identity and access management platforms in a 24/7 production environment, ensuring high availability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production CIAM systems, respond to alerts, and maintain stability.
• Investigate and resolve incidents reported by L1 teams, coordinating with L3 and vendors as needed.
• Handle trouble tickets, address day‑to‑day customer issues, and work with IT/network teams to resolve operational problems.
• Deploy change requests in production, following ITIL incident, problem and change management processes.
• Ensure SLA compliance, perform log analysis, and contribute to root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• BSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5–15 years of hands‑on experience in CIAM, containerized application stacks and enterprise support.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a 24/7 environment.
• Strong communication and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• ForgeRock CIAM configuration and operations.
• Red Hat OpenShift container platform.
• Log analysis with Splunk or ELK.
• SQL databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle WebCenter Sites administration.
• SSO, LDAP, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, IIS.
• MFA, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML.
• Shell and Python scripting.
