About the role
The Land Sport Supervisor will develop, plan and manage community and recreation programmes for the hotel, ensuring high‑quality services and memorable experiences for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, organise and evaluate a variety of community services, recreation programmes and special events.
- Establish schedules, resource needs and contracts for recreation services.
- Prepare publicity, seasonal brochures and manage online registration for activities.
- Supervise special events, hire contracted instructors and maintain equipment.
- Serve as liaison on community committees and handle purchase requisitions.
Required profile
- Experience in planning and delivering recreation or community‑service programmes.
- Ability to prepare reports, maintain records and respond to guest complaints.
- Strong organisational skills for scheduling, staffing and procurement.
