About the role
The Rixos Al Mairid outlet is looking for a proactive Outlet Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Guide, train, and schedule team members, conducting performance evaluations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock requisitions, and control waste.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with cash handling, daily closing procedures, and accurate POS billing.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments to maintain efficient service flow.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or fine‑dining outlet.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency with POS systems.
- Basic computer applications.
