Land Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our construction team in Dubai, supporting high‑rise tower projects across the UAE. The role involves accurate measurement, setting‑out, and verification of structural and architectural elements on site.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out land and construction surveys for high‑rise building projects.
• Establish and maintain benchmarks, control points, grid lines and reference levels.
• Perform setting‑out works for foundations, columns, walls, slabs and other structural elements.
• Conduct verticality checks, alignment surveys and periodic tolerance checks.
• Prepare survey reports, as‑built records and support quantity measurements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of surveying experience, preferably with a main contractor on high‑rise projects.
• Proven experience in building setting‑out, structural surveying and verticality checks.
• UAE construction experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Total Station, Auto Level and GPS/GNSS equipment.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to interpret IFC/shop drawings.
• Familiarity with construction tolerances, benchmarks and grid systems.
